Residents Can Update Their Own Data with a Browser and Internet Connection
If you are considering offering your residents the ability to view and edit their own data the this article is for you.
First of all, we have taken surveys and have found that over 75% of those residents when polled are in favor of viewing and editing their own data.
There is no charge for this feature and the Board has full control over what the Residents can edit.
Basic security is a two step login process with the Resident providing a user name and password. Once in the system, the Resident can choose another password.
On the right side you can see the Resident Detail Screen.
