ON-GUARD VISITOR GATE ACCESS
SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On-Guard Visitor Access (“On-Guard”) is a visitor management service owned and operated by System Design Wizards. These SMS Terms and Conditions govern participation in the On-Guard SMS messaging service.
1. Program Description
The On-Guard SMS messaging service provides transactional communications related to visitor management for residents of participating gated residential communities.
Messages may include visitor arrival notifications, visitor-access confirmations, visitor-related notifications, and other communications associated with the operation and support of the On-Guard Visitor Access service.
On-Guard SMS messages are not intended for advertising or promotional marketing.
2. Enrollment and Consent
Participation in the On-Guard SMS messaging service is voluntary.
Residents enroll by providing or confirming their mobile telephone number and affirmatively selecting the SMS opt-in option provided through the On-Guard resident service.
By opting in, the resident agrees to receive SMS messages from On-Guard Visitor Access, owned and operated by System Design Wizards, at the mobile telephone number provided.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending upon visitor activity, resident activity, and use of the On-Guard Visitor Access service.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges, if any, are determined by the resident’s wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
5. Opt-Out — STOP
Residents may discontinue SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to an On-Guard SMS message.
After an opt-out request is processed, the resident will no longer receive messages from the applicable On-Guard SMS messaging program unless the resident subsequently opts in again.
6. Help — HELP
For assistance, residents may reply HELP to an On-Guard SMS message.
Residents may also contact their community management or the On-Guard support contact provided by their residential community.
7. Supported Carriers
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the availability and operation of participating wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the On-Guard SMS messaging service is handled in accordance with the On-Guard SMS Privacy Policy.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Availability of Service
System Design Wizards does not guarantee that SMS messages will always be delivered or received within a particular period of time. Message delivery may be affected by wireless carrier availability, network conditions, equipment, telephone settings, or other circumstances outside the control of System Design Wizards or On-Guard.
10. Changes to These Terms
System Design Wizards may modify these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Revised terms will be posted with an updated effective date.
Continued participation in the SMS messaging service following any applicable notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
